Lunch Fit For A Birthday Girl

Here's what I had for lunch on my birthday. It was pretty epic! And it only took 60 seconds to put together thanks to my nifty food prep skills.

Salad with rosemary potato fries, cashew nut butter, pesto, avocado, toasted sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and grilled capsicum. Plus a little nutritional yeast sprinkled on top.

All vegan, all paleo. All Good!
