Light Summer Banana Split
Just a random little creation from last night, a really lovely light version of a banana split.
Take one banana, and split it/mash it...do whatever you want to it, just make sure it lands on a plate. Then top with raw Cacao nibs, 1/2 - 1tsp Coconut Sugar & Dessicated Coconut.
The coconut sugar TOTALLY adds the caramel flavour to this healthy summer banana split
