Super Chocolate Chip Mousse

This mousse is so healthy I ate it for dinner the other night. No, not dessert...dinner.  This recipe makes about 3-5 serves, but remember folks...base your food intake on YOUR body signs, not some random guideline from a dusty old textbook.

Blend together the following:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 4-5 TBSP Raw cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 TBSP Peanut Butter (I used crunchy), you can also use almond or cashew nut butter if you have a peanut allergy.
  • 2 TBSP Raw Cacao Nibs
  • 1-2 TBSP Raw Honey

Add a little bit of water if it is too thick to all depends on how good your blender is I guess, I just bought a new one which is coping a million times better than my old one.
