Creamy Vanilla & Almond Shake
Who says comfort food has to be crap food? It's winter time at the moment, but in front of my toasty heater, this cold smoothie still does the comfort trick.
2 cups almond milk
1 serving Clean Lean Protein Powder (in stock at my clinic)
something like 1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or scrape a vanilla pod)
I also added a tsp of Glutamine for the gut/immune system. EVERY HUMAN around me is sick at the moment, and I refuse to run with the sheep.
