Lime Choc Chip Thickshake

Ok, so it's really just my SuperGreen Smoothie slightly changed ;-)

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • grated zest of 1 or 2 limes
  • Protein supplement of your choice (optional).  I use Clean Lean Pea Protein
  • 1TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • Filtered Water (as much or as little as you like)


Blend everything together :-).  This will serve 1-4...depending on your appetite, body size, activity etc...
