This is a semi-organic protein smoothie recipe for ya. I call it the "Tangioxidant Hit"
1 cup organic oat or rice milk
3 scoops Red 8 Tropical Banana whey protein powder
1 TBSP organic flaxseed oil
1 tsp glutamine
1 tsp vitamin C powder
1/2 tsp slippery elm
150g organic boysenberries
1/4 cup organic natural yoghurt
little bit of extra water if you want....
This will make 2 and a bit cups of smoothie...drink it all up!!
