Super Green Smoothie
Who said smoothies have to have milk, cream, yoghurt or icecream to make them rich n creamy. Not I, said the dairy & gluten free queen.
Right, shove into a blender the following:
- 1 avocado
- 1 scoop Clean Lean Pea Protein (Vanilla)
- 1 tsp vitamin C Powder
- 2 tsp Good Green Stuff (Supergreen powder)
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- filtered water, about 1-2 cups depending on your desired consistency
And blend until smooth :-)
Today as a variation I also added some coconut cream and cacao nibs. I quite like the little crunchy chocolate chipness that the cacao gives.
