I have had so many comments this week on my new look so I’m just so excited that this has been a huge success. I had a weekend away and over indulged in the red wine on Saturday night - didn’t have dinner (!) which didn’t help. I have paid for it all week.I have felt average, and I know that it’s that alcohol in their mucking up my internal system. I seriously learnt my lesson after so long without alcohol. The food plan was yes different to what I had been eating, but it was realistic as well, achievable. Stacey not only gave me food guidelines etc, but was also there to help at those times when I felt that I had got stuck. Now Stacey is still helping guide me through my weight loss journey and I know that because of Staceys help and guidence that one day in the not too distant future I will be able to stand on my own two feet and do the rest of my journey on my own with confidence." *

"I first met Stacey 3 ½ years ago after the birth of my second child after looking on the internet at different weight loss programs. The reason I initially chose Stacey was that the 12 week program could incorporate food which was family friendly as I didn’t want to be eating by myself and an exercise plan which I could tailor to my interests.  I found the plan very successful and after the 12 weeks had lost over 10kg’s and continued to lose after the program finished. Stacey incorporated a weekly weigh in and work out session.

However my journey with Stacey did not end there. At the time of the 12 week program I was on maternity leave and found it relatively easy to plan my eating and my exercise in. However once I went back to work the following year I found the weight crept back on and It was harder for me to manage the exercise/food at times of stress. I went back to Stacey approx a year ago, this time as more of a mentor. I enrolled for a fortnightly training session, however have found that Stacey’s ability to talk with me about the reasons behind why I had gained back some of the weight and was struggling to lose it were very beneficial. At first I found it hard to believe that unless I dealt with the stress I would never succeed with the weight/fitness. This to me felt like an easy excuse I could adopt to really accept non-achievement. However just through the regular catch ups I began to see the rat race I had got myself into, juggling, work demands of both myself and my husband, 2 pre-schoolers and life. I was at a point where I felt I had very little time for myself and couldn’t see any space in there to fit it in. The result of this was grabbing food throughout the day as I hadn’t always planned what I was eating at work and then by the end of the day the much needed glass or two of wine, and so this became my cycle. Stacey helped by asking the simple questions around what I needed to be doing and what were tasks that I could prioritise at home and at work, so being more aware of my time and making sure I found it within my week. Also being aware of the stressors of life and my reactions to them, ie; eating bad foods, and instead of berating myself for the food to look at the reasons behind the stressor. Stacey took a different approach with me and has certainly made me more aware of the decisions  I make and the way I react in different elements of life and that these are all incorporated in the overall change for myself to succeed.  Stacey is a great trainer, coach and mentor and after knowing her for a number of years, I highly recommend her varieties of skill and depth of knowledge for anyone embarking of making changes" - G.H *

Well I never imagined I would get to this stage where I am happy to fly solo.

I have begun this journey so many times and just never succeeded.  For the first time since I was about 20 I am happy with where I am at. I just love the feeling of feeling happy in myself.  Thank you so much for all you have done. I have gone with your advice and slowed things down at the gym and am doing Tribe Life along with Body Armour which works on strength with weights and I will be doing pull-ups and chin ups by the end of the year! Did I tell you that I have discovered that I do actually have muscles in my arms!
